The Houston Rockets are hiring Dallas Mavericks assistant Stephen Silas to become the franchise’s next head coach, sources told ESPN. Silas and the Rockets were finalizing terms on a deal Wednesday afternoon, and a formal announcement was expected soon, sources said.
