Japanese right-hander Kohei Arihara has signed a two-year deal with the Texas Rangers, the team revealed Saturday. The deal is in the $6 million to $7 million range, sources told ESPN’s Jeff Passan. The 28-year-old was 8-9 with a 3.46 ERA in 20 starts for Hokkaido during the pandemic-shortened 2020 season in Japan.
