Jacob deGrom set to make 2022 debut for New York Mets on Tuesday vs. Washington Nationals

New York Mets star Jacob deGrom will make his season debut versus the Washington Nationals on Tuesday, manager Buck Showalter said before a series finale against Miami. “I’m definitely excited,” deGrom said Sunday. “It’s been a long time. This has been a pretty slow process of coming back, so excited to be out there.
