As expected, the New York Yankees placed top prospect Jasson Dominguez on the 10-day injured list Monday. Dominguez, 20, has a torn ulnar collateral ligament in his right elbow and is expected to have Tommy John surgery. Dominguez was scratched from Sunday’s game versus Milwaukee with inflammation in the elbow. The Belmont Stakes could be moved to Saratoga Race Course in upstate New York as soon as next year, an earlier-than-anticipated move for the third leg of horse racing’s Triple Crown.
