Nassourdine Imavov earned the biggest victory of his UFC career on Saturday, defeating former title challenger Jared Cannonier by TKO in the fourth round. Imavov (14-4) finished Cannonier (17-7) with punches along the fence at 1:34 of the fourth round in their middleweight main event inside KFC Yum! Center in Louisville, Kentucky. The Netherlands have been dealt a blow ahead of the start of the European Championships this week after Frenkie de Jong was ruled out of the tournament on Monday. De Jong, 27, has not played since injuring his right ankle in Barcelona’s 3-2 defeat to Real Madrid on April 21.
