Brock Osweiler looking to recover in Cleveland Browns

On March 9th 2017, Cleveland Browns took Brock Osweiler on the 6th and 2nd round of 2017`s draft in exchange for a compensation on the fourth round. Looks that this year things will be different for Osweiler who did more interceptions than touchdowns last season when he played with Texas. His numbers didn’t support him and ended failing in all sense. Mostly because the press and the people around NFL pressured him so much on becoming a star. Consistency, lucky and skills are needed to become a star. Osweiler suffered all the mistakes of Texans team due to a $72 million dollars contract, although, got sacked 32 times and got benched on game 15 for Tom Savage.

After the deal was completed and the first preseason game showed up, Osweiler numbers didn’t improve. He completed only six of his 14 pases for 42 yards. His arm looked overwhelm and throw to much high passes. On his second preseason game things were the same with only 25 yards and ended with an interception. Has been said that rookie DeShone Kizer will start third preseason game and we all know that who starts this game, starts first regular season game.

When a player drop so much quality is because something mental is happening. When he was playing with Denver during season 2015 almost became the starter. Even the defense team of Denver started setting strategies to protect Osweiler more and trying to cover his weaknesses. His slow skills to read defenses is what has been more criticized by specialists plus the inaccuracy of throws. Sometimes he gets very desperate and fool. Let`s see what happens with Cleveland.
