On Thursday July 27th, Baltimore Ravens head coach John Harbaugh announced their interest on getting Colin Kaepernick thanks to his free agent condition that could help on the negotiations. They are getting alone and that`s a good starting negotiation point. Is quite funny and controversial what happened with Kaepernick becoming a political claim, when he kneel down during the national anthem in a official game, to protest about police brutality and unequal treatment of minorities. This image distanced him from being hired and getting to the NFL blacklist. Things can change now. Besides, there’s no question that Kaepernick is a lot better than Ryan Mallet and Dustin Vaughan in the chart. Plus, during his stay in San Francisco was coached by Greg Roman, as a senior offensive assistant, and now he is under Harbaugh in Ravens. So everything indicates that Baltimore will break this blacklist and accept a political player as Flaco`s replacement.
In other news, Baltimore Ravens is looking for alternatives and is about to sign David Olson but it doesn`t preclude Kaepernick agreement as per head coach. Let`s see what happens. Three more days for August.
