Williams also added 12 carries for 71 yards on the ground. Running back Elijah Hood carried the ball 21 times for 101 yards and 2 touchdowns. Bug Howard and Quinshad Davis led the Tar Heels in receiving combining for 8 catches for 83 yards. Malik Simmons, Sam Smiley and Shakeel Rashad combined for 4 interceptions on defense. North Carolina will have a tough test traveling to Pittsburgh who is just as hot as the Tar Heels.
