Cowboys reach deal with OL Cameron Erving

Veteran offensive guard Cameron Erving agreed to a contract with the Dallas Cowboys, the team reported Wednesday.  Erving’s deal is for one year, according to the Dallas Morning News’ Michael Gehlken. Erving, a first-round pick of the Cleveland Browns in 2015, has started 42 of 69 games in his career, including eight last season at left tackle with Kansas City. He was traded to the Chiefs in 2017. The ‘MLB The Show’ Players League ended Sunday with Tampa Bay Rays pitcher Blake Snell claiming the championship. Snell swept Chicago White Sox pitcher Lucas Giolito in three games to win the inaugural title, capping off an impressive postseason run. Over the three-round playoff Snell went 7-1 with a 30-13 run differential.   With the MLB season delayed due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the league-hosted a video-game tournament that kept baseball-hungry fans entertained. Chiefs release Pro Bowl punter Dustin Colquitt after 15 seasons

After 15 years with the Kansas City Chiefs, Dustin Colquitt is moving on. The longtime punter posted a farewell to Chiefs fans via Instagram on Tuesday morning, and NFL Network’s Tom Pelissero has since reported Kansas City is releasing the former Pro Bowler.
