Arsenal matched their biggest Premier League away victory with the 6-0 pummeling of Sheffield United on Monday after scoring five times in the first half when they tore the home side apart to close within two points of leaders Liverpool. Senior Alpine staff resign after poor start to new F1 season

Renault-owned Alpine revealed another managerial shake-up on Monday with three new bosses replacing technical director Matt Harman and aerodynamics head Dirk de Beer, who have left the Formula One team after a dismal start to the season. Alpine said in a statement that both had chosen to leave and seek new challenges. The three new technical directors are Joe Burnell for engineering, David Wheater for aerodynamics and Ciaron Pilbeam for performance. Clippers’ Russell Westbrook has surgery on left hand

LA Clippers guard Russell Westbrook — one of the NBA’s top sixth men — underwent surgery on his fractured left hand on Monday, and there’s hope he’ll return before the start of the Western Conference playoffs in April, sources told ESPN. The club described his status as week-to-week. Westbrook fractured his non-shooting hand in a Friday night triumph over the visiting Washington Wizards. He will now start rehabilitation to return to the Clippers, who have emerged as a championship contender this campaign.
