Two-time MVP Giannis Antetokounmpo exited the Milwaukee Bucks’ 104-91 victory over the Boston Celtics in the third quarter Tuesday night due to an injury to his left calf. Antetokounmpo was heading up the court following a made 3-pointer from Celtics guard Derrick White when the Bucks star crumbed to floor without contact while grabbing at his left leg. He stayed on the floor as the Bucks called a timeout, and his teammates helped carry him off the court and toward the locker room. Marlins RHP Eury Perez to have Tommy John surgery

Miami Marlins right-hander Eury Perez will undergo Tommy John surgery and miss the 2024 season, the team revealed Thursday. The decision came after Perez visited Dr. Keith Meister for the second time in approximately two weeks.
