03Didi Gregorius is returning to the Philadelphia Phillies after the free-agent shortstop agreed to a two-year, $28 million deal with the team, a source confirmed to ESPN on Saturday. In another move, the Phillies are trading shortstop Kyle Holder to the Cincinnati Reds in exchange for cash considerations, sources told ESPN’s Jeff Passan. Gregorius, who turns 31 on Feb. 18, proved to be a massive bargain in 2020 for the Phillies, who signed the free agent to a one-year, $14 million deal last offseason.
